For grown-ups & curious curlers
This is a beginner introduction to standard four-player curling. Junior, wheelchair, stick, and mixed-doubles formats can use different rules or adaptations. A qualified coach and your club’s policies should guide all on-ice activity.
Children should only go on the ice with adult supervision. Ask the club about properly fitted helmets, grippers, suitable equipment, and accessible ways to participate. Completing this page does not replace an in-person safety briefing.
